Here’s what’s included in our 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase:

✔ Performance problems not caused by external factors
✔ Replacement or repair based on product inspection
To ensure clarity, please note the warranty does not cover:
Physical damage (cracks, dents, or breaks)
Liquid damage or exposure to extreme temperatures
Damage from electrical surges or improper power supply
Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel
Loss or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
Products without original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
If the product is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
In case the product is discontinued, an equivalent or upgraded model will be offered.
Replacement units will carry the remaining warranty of the original product or 3 months, whichever is greater.
